Aaron Ross is a sales speaker, best-selling author, and business growth expert. With his book Predictable Revenues: Turn Your Business into a Sale Machine, Aaron Ross has become an international bestseller. According to Amazon’s bestseller list, “The Sales Bible of Silicon Valley” has been No. 1 for almost two years.
The consulting firm Ross established, Predictable Revenue, works with b2b organisations to increase sales by three times and develop self-managing sales teams. Also, he is the developer of PebbleStorm, a company that helps 100 million individuals “earn money via delight” by merging the two.
Since founding Predictable Revenue with his A-team, Aaron has taught businesses of every size and age how to outperform their goals while still having time for family and friends. According to Aaron’s recent book, The Impossible To Unavoidable: Why Hyper-Development Companies Produce Predictable Revenue, he used his ideas to propel Salesforce.com and Adobe to rapid growth and profitability.
Previously, Ross worked as an EIR at Alloy Ventures, a $1 billion venture capital firm, before starting Predictable Revenue and PebbleStorm. He pioneered the Cold Calling 2.0 within the sales process & team, which contributed to a $100 million boost in Salesforce revenue. He was also the CEO of Lease Exchange, a marketplace for leasing equipment online.
As a Stanford University alumnus and former Ironman triathlete, Ross also holds a certificate in outdoor survival training from Boulder Outdoor Survival School.
